He boasts an award-winning portfolio, including 18 design and marketing awards and 3 IDA Gold Awards, as well as the Best Interactive Design Award by Ovation. Simon has a broad range of expertise in real estate categories, including multifamily mixed-use pre-construction projects and consumer product marketing, and has effectively guided branding initiatives from start to finish. His deep understanding of business objectives, design principles, and buyer behavior has contributed to over a billion dollars in sales and helped brands grow and achieve higher results. Additionally, he is an active member of several organizations and is a board member of Massive Canada, a construction technology company based in British Columbia.
